Be here from the beginning! The Bistro, a new dining experience opened in late 2024, is a restaurant located next to iPlay America.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled, extremely motivated, experienced self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment to join our team.

The ideal candidate works to build and maintain a strong, dynamic restaurant team by communicating a clear vision and giving direction to the staff. Ensuring a great dining experience is had by all guests. This position is responsible for the overall financial success of the restaurant, managing both top and bottom-line revenue.

Responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the opening of The Bistro, working together with the Director of Food and Beverage to accomplish various tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Consistent presence on the floor during service, touching tables, interacting with guests, and supporting the staff during service.
  • Enhancing the guest experience by ensuring that music, lighting, and temperature are at the correct levels on shift-by-shift basis.
  • Ensuring all safety, sanitation, preventive maintenance, and other standards are consistently met.
  • Ensuring that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized.
  • Helping plan external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities.
  • Ensuring all legal requirements are consistently adhered to, including wage and hour and federal, state and/or local laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages and food safety and sanitation.
  • Assuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Fielding guest’s complaints and handling complaints effectively.
  • Maintaining appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all restaurant equipment and facilities.
  • Auditing and approving weekly payroll.
  • Managing and controlling all alcohol beverage services.

3 years Restaurant Management experience preferred.
