The box office is only open on days of shows. It opens 2 hours before showtime. Tickets can be purchased in the iLounge or online when the Box Office is not open.
No – the ticket holder must be present and be able to present a form of identification to pick-up their tickets.
Yes, your ticket will then be printed at the box office. Please note that you will have to go to the box office to have them print your ticket. If you do not get your ticket from the box office before you are in line, you risk losing your place in line.
An event staff member will be able to locate your ticket through our database with your first and last name.
We can look up your purchase through our database with your first and last name and resend to you.
Your pass will be available to you at the box office and can be redeemed as soon as you receive it on the day of the event.

Yes. Please call once you purchase your ticket and speak with our Special Events Director. They will ensure there is a spot for you during the event. When checking in, please advise that you previously arranged being in that section.
iPlay America, iPlay America’s Event Center, Warehouse 100 and GameTime Bar and Grill are all located under the same roof and can be accessed without going outside.
Please go to Security to report anything lost, and to check if it had been returned.
Ticket Types vary depending on the type of event. All ticket types are outlined on the iPlay America website for each event.
The Line Privilege add on holds a place for you at the front of the general admission line, allowing you to have priority admission into the event. You must check in before the event in order to get your numbers wristband to hold your place in line. You must arrive before the scheduled door time in order to enter the room before General Admission. General Admission entry will not be held for Line Privilege latecomers.
There are concessions and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase at all events. Some events will have alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
GameTime Bar and Grill is a full-service restaurant located just outside iPlay America’s Event Center and Warehouse 100, if you would like to sit down for a meal before or after the event.
There will be signage and security directing you to the line specific to your ticket type at the entrance.
Everyone that enters the Event Center needs a ticket. It is always recommended that you accompany your child into an event they are attending. Some events, such as certain Meet & Greets, have Parent Passes or General Admission passes available, that you can purchase to accompany your child into the event.
Parents who plan to attend an event with their child who is a VIP ticket holder must purchase a general admission ticket. The parent will not be allowed to partake in any of the VIP activities, but can wait in the show space until their child is done.
Guests are allowed to bring cameras as long as they are hanging around their neck. They are not permitted to bring a tripod or any large lenses. If you wish to bring those things, you will need to contact the Special Events Director to request a photography pass. This pass is subject to the approval by the talent’s management.
