Freehold, NJ – iPlay America announced today the promotion of director of operations, Samantha Unglert, to the position of general manager. Unglert studied merchandising, consumer behavior and business management at Berkeley College and has been a part of the iPlay America management team since 2015.
“Samantha’s tenure as director of operations proved she is a leader with the insight, understanding and management skills to take our company into the future,” said iPlay America founder and chief executive officer Robert McDaid. “Samantha knows the hospitality business inside and out and will give our guests the premium experience they expect and deserve every time they walk through our door.”

iPlay America also announces the addition of Kevin Hayes Jr. to the management team as the director of food and beverage. Hayes is a highly experienced hospitality management professional with a proven record of success in managing high-volume dining and entertainment facilities. Kevin was formerly the events manager and general manager of Victory Nightclub at Meadowlands Racing and Entertainment.
