Freehold, N.J. – iPlay America has planned some spooktacular events in celebration of the eerie month of October and Halloween.
On each of the month’s five Fridays, iPlay America will offer a special “Not So Frightening Fridays” deal at iPlay After Dark starting at 8 p.m. – when the light show goes on and the music gets loud. Anyone wearing a costume will get a free $10 game card with the purchase of any iPlay After Dark package.
On Saturday, Oct. 18, families are invited to have brunch between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. at iPlay America’s Game Time Bar & Grill and take photos with costumed Medieval Times performers.
That evening, master illusionist David Caserta will take the stage at iPlay America’s Event Center with his Haunted Illusions show. His mind-blowing magic and comedy show will get the whole audience going. Caserta involves the audience in his act – causing people to levitate, disappear and reappear right before your eyes. He’ll perform some never-before-seen illusions created especially for this show.
Tickets start at $25. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. show.
On Thursday, Oct. 30, iPlay America invites children to “Trick-or-Treat around the Park” in partnership with radio station Fun 101.7, Dunkin’ Donuts, Costco, Pandora and Macaroni Kid. Participation is free, but advance registration is required. In addition to getting a Halloween bucket and some delectable treats, registered trick-or-treaters may enter to win a variety of prizes including iPlay America game cards and the grand prize of an iPlay America iParty Plus birthday party. The grand prize also includes treats for mom and dad – a coffee gift from Dunkin’ Donuts and a Pandora bracelet. Costumed participants may also participate in a costume contest for prizes.
Patrons are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation to support the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties’ Holiday Hunger Campaign.

iPlay America didn’t forget about Mom and Dad. iPlay America and New Jersey 101.5 will hold a special Halloween party featuring The Nerds on Saturday, Nov. 1, just for “grown ups.” Tickets to this 21-and-over show are free. The evening will feature a costume contest including categories like Best Overall, Most Original, Best Couple, Scariest, Funniest, Worst, and others, and more great prizes will be awarded.
