At iPlay America, we are all about providing a fun and safe environment so that you and your families can create long lasting memories. Safety has always been, and will continue to be, our top priority.
We pride ourselves on the upkeep of our facility, and the diligence of our team in maintaining long established and well-developed safety and sanitation protocols. During the midst of the Coronavirus outbreak, our team has taken significant additional measures to ensure that the safety of our team members and guests remain uninterrupted.
Our team has established internal resources, as well as action plans to further enhance our existing cleaning, sanitation, and safety protocols. This includes, but is not limited to, significantly increasing the frequency in which we are sanitizing our “high touch surfaces” such as doorknobs, handrails, tables, arcade games, rides & attractions, and so on.
We have also installed additional hand sanitizing stations throughout our facility and we highly encourage the use of these stations. Our team members can point you in the direction of the nearest one, which is never too far away.
Our team is also constantly monitoring information and updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure we remain as proactive as possible.
