All Season Passes are valid year round, Monday through Friday 4pm-close and 10am-close on Saturday & Sunday. Extended hours apply for special holiday’s and school vacations. Season passes are not accepted for special events that require a separate admission, including but not limited to, our New Year’s Eve party. Please note that on Friday’s, guests under 21 years of age are not permitted entry in the facility past 9pm, and must exit by 10pm.
Yes, your pass will not automatically renew.
Yes, you will always need to have your photo identification pass on you when visiting iPlay America to be able to use your membership, including but not limited to, obtaining ride bands, redeeming coupons, receiving discounts associated with the pass, etc.
No, you must always visit the welcome center upon arrival to receive an unlimited ride band that will be specific to the day of the visit. Ride bands are non-transferrable, cannot be shared, or reused on another day.
No, all season passes are only valid for the actual pass holder who appears in the photo.
At any point, our facility may be experiencing higher volume than normal and be at capacity, admission may be delayed or denied. Guests are always welcome to call ahead if there are any concerns about capacity levels prior to arriving.
iPlay America has 363 operating days a year and is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day only. Other blackout dates may apply for private events or weather related closures.
If your photo ID is lost, stolen, or forgotten, the card can be replaced for a non-refundable fee of $5. Children must be accompanied by an adult to obtain a replacement card. Unfortunately, coupon books or any other items received as a perk of the season passes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
After you purchase your pass online, you will be provided with a confirmation of purchase. You will need to bring this to iPlay America’s Welcome Center to validate and activate your pass.
Yes! Passes are only valid after 4pm Monday-Friday and 10am to closing on Saturday and Sunday, as long as it is within that time frame, you can start using your pass right away.

Yes, gift cards can be purchased for the amount of the pass or a portion of the pass – whichever you prefer.
