Q. What is iPlay America and Encore Event Center?
iPlay America is an 115,000 square foot climate controlled, indoor family entertainment complex. iPlay America hosts nine indoor rides, exciting attractions, over 200 arcade games, party rooms, a candy shop, various eateries, as well as a full-service restaurant. Our exciting, state of the art indoor theme park where the city meets the boardwalk truly offers something for everyone! Encore Event Center is the perfect place for your Sweet Sixteen, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, Prom, Holiday Party or corporate team building. The Event Center is also a concert venue hosting such names like R-5, DJ Pauly D and the BStreet Band.!

Q. Where is iPlay America located?

Q. How much does it cost to enter iPlay America?
iPlay America is free to enter. iPA Cards can be purchased at several point locations throughout iPlay America, the Admissions desk, Broadway Sweets, Mixx and the Arcade. iPA cards can also be purchased at one of ten Self Service Kiosks located in the park. Pay As You Go values range from $10 to $75 adding bonus credits as you increase the value.

Q. If my child is not tall enough to ride on iPA Speedway alone, is there a charge for me to accompany them?
Yes, there is an additional charge for adults to accompany a child in two seater go carts, double riders are 18 credits total.

Q. Can I re-enter the park if I leave?
Yes, re-entry is permitted exclusively through the main entrance. Re-entry is not permitted after 9:00 pm each day.
Q. What is the iPlay America iPA Card?
The iPlay America system uses an advanced debit card called the iPA Card that gives you access to games, rides and attractions at our NJ amusement park. iPA Cards are issued at no cost and you may reuse your existing card again and again! Once you have your iPA Card, you now have to 'charge' your card with iPoints.Remember, the more iPoints you purchase, the better the value!

Q. How much are the arcade games and attractions?
Arcade games range from $.50 to $2.00 at our NJ arcade. Amusement attractions range from $3.00 to $12.00. For pricing and more information on other attractions, such as Laser Tag or the 4D theater, click here.

Q. What are the age and height requirements for the various rides and attractions?

Q. What are iPoints and how are they used?
An iPA Card is loaded with iPoints and can be used at all rides, attractions, games, restaurants and retail locations. Players earn iPoints for every dollar loaded onto their iPA card. As more points are accumulated, a player will be upgraded to Ultra and Elite status, granting access to exclusive events, offers, and prizes. Players can check their iPoints at admission, self service kiosks or online.

Q. How does the iPA Card work?
Upon entering iPlay America, you will have several different packages from which to choose. Each package includes an iPlay America iPA Card that is preloaded with a designated dollar value. You have the choice of adding as much money, in dollar increments, as you wish to your initial iPA Card. All games and attractions have a card swiper. The game is activated when you swipe your card. Some attractions have attendants to assist you in taking part in that attraction.

Q. Can I add more money to my existing iPA Card at any time?
Yes. By using cash or credit cards, you can add as much money as you want to an iPlay America iPA Card. Just go to any of our cashier stations or self-service kiosks to increase the dollar-amount of each card. For your convenience, there are kiosks located throughout this family entertainment center.

Q. What happens if lose my card?
By registering your iPA Card, we can cancel any lost card and reissue a new card with the exact same money and ticket balance as when you last used your card. Unfortunately, lost cards that are not registered cannot be replaced, and we do not offer refunds on cards that were not registered.

Q. What are the benefits of registering my card?
Having a registered iPlay America iPA Card entitles users to earn loyalty reward points and card holder benefits, such as complimentary meals and events as well as bonus games, attractions and prizes. Becoming an iPlay America registered user has its privileges. The more you play, the more you earn!

Q. What is a bonus play card?
A bonus play card is an iPA card that is loaded with bonus value good towards games, rides, and attractions. Bonus play cards are not valid on admission fees, at eateries, or retail locations.

Q. What happens if I have money left on my iPA Card at the end of my visit?
iPA Cards are nonrefundable; however, they do not expire. Feel free to keep your card, check your balance at home, and use your card on your next visit. You can see the balance of your card any time by visiting our website.

Q. Can my iPoints expire?
Points do not expire and will remain on the card for your next visit to this amusement park in New Jersey. Sorry, but iPoints cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Q. What happens when I win tickets on games?
When tickets are won, they are electronically loaded onto your iPA Card and stored there until you wish to redeem your iTickets for prizes. There are a few games that award paper tickets which can be added to your iPA card by swiping your card at a Ticket Eater machine and feeding the tickets to the machine. All tickets are stored on your iPA Card.

Q. Can prizes at the redemption counter be purchased with cash?
Redeeming prizes at our iPlay America Redemption Center is only done by using your iTickets stored on your iPA Card. Cash is not accepted for prizes.

Q. Can I schedule a birthday party for my child? What are your rates?
Yes, iPlay America offers several different birthday party packages to fit your needs and budget. All birthday parties must be booked in advance with one of our Reservation Specialists, who can also offer birthday party ideas. All outside food and beverages are prohibited from being brought into the facility. A typical birthday party lasts approximately 2 1/2 hours. Sorry, we do not allow any outside food or beverages in the family entertainment center. iPlay America offers a full-scale restaurant as well as other dining options to take care of your food and beverage needs while you are in the park.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted at iPlay America?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. We do not accept personal or business checks for walk-in guests. Business checks for groups or event packages may be accepted in advance of your scheduled visit.

No, there is never a cost for parking. iPlay America has plenty of parking spaces available.
